This is an incredible question. I recently put a mic on a bridesmaid that seemed very extroverted at first, but once she had a mic on she said next to nothing. It kinda makes me curious as to how big budget reality-tv has approached this problem. If not outright scripted, they are improv comedy. I assume the “subjects” sign model releases and are coached by the producers to put on a good show.
